What do you enjoy most about being in your current role as Director of Operations?
The ability to make a tangible difference in improving business processes and taking out minor inconveniences that can really add up. Knowing that my efforts are making someone else's job and life easier means a lot to me, and I enjoy that aspect.
Collaboration is also key. I am extremely extroverted and enjoy working closely with a diverse team. Fostering that collaborative environment is really fulfilling for me.
Innovation is another aspect I enjoy. Finding new ways to streamline operations and improve efficiency is super satisfying.
Lastly, passion for sure. I am passionate about creating a great place to work. When I was client-facing, it was all about the customer experience. Now, as Director of Operations, the employees of Organic Certifiers, the internal team here, they are my customers.
