What do you enjoy most about being a project manager?

I like working with people. Obviously, there are people I enjoy working with more, but you've got to balance those relationships. For the most part, in this industry, there are a lot of really good, smart people. It's really enjoyable to work with them.

I like solving problems. It's fun to look at a project and dissect each individual part, figuring out how you're going to do things and what the plan is. Things are moving constantly, so you have to be able to adjust. I really like that aspect of it.

At the end of the day, it's just a really cool industry. You work hard, solve problems, and work with people. Then, you have this beautiful building that you get to look at. It's fulfilling in that sense.
