Q5: Favorite parts - role
What do you enjoy most about being in this role?
I enjoy being able to flex my technical background and my engineering skills, while also being a business leader. I think no matter what job I have, my first job will always be as an engineer, and I'll always look for opportunities to learn and contribute technically.
However, there's something different about not only being able to do that, but also leading strategic business decisions about the products we develop, how we develop them, and who we develop them for.
So, I think the combination of remaining technical and always being on the cutting edge of technology, while at the same time having that strategic mindset and strategic influence, are the two things I really enjoy about the role.
