What do you enjoy most about being in your industry?
I've primarily worked in the financial services industry. At its worst, it can be negative for society, but for the most part, at its best, it helps regular people achieve their goals.
This includes things like buying a house, paying for education, or retiring. When the work and the organization align with those goals, that's what I like most: having a positive impact for regular folks.
