What are your main responsibilities within your current role?
As an enterprise account executive, my main responsibilities predominantly focus on working with new customers. I help new businesses adopt and onboard our product.
My primary role is bringing in new business, working with them, and guiding them through the process. I focus on understanding what's important to them and whether our products are a good fit.
After they become customers, I continue to work with them to ensure they're getting value from the tool. This helps us build a long-term relationship and potentially expand our product adoption into other areas of their business.
Ultimately, my top three responsibilities are bringing in new business, retaining current business, and identifying opportunities for expansion.
