What do you enjoy most about being in your industry?

I guess for me, I would define the industry broadly as tech startups. Even though the startups I've worked at have been a mixture of mobility and e-commerce, the most enjoyable pieces are when things are quickly moving.

Most startups also embrace Lean Startup methodologies. There isn't a deep, prolonged planning or development period; a lot of times we're experimenting and making new decisions on the fly, learning quickly from them.

We embrace that iterative process rather than spending many months coming up with an idea only to be quickly proven wrong. Letting the data, the customers, and the market guide us toward the right approaches to answer certain difficult questions is a big focus within the tech startup industry.

I really enjoy that. Although it can be dynamic and things move quickly, which can sometimes be challenging, most of the time it's really enjoyable.
