Could you walk me through your career path, starting with your experiences in college? Any internships or jobs you had before your current role?

"Yeah, for sure. I graduated from UC Merced in 2014. My first job out of school was in sales and operations at Shift Technology. I did that for about a year, joining them shortly after their Series A funding round.

They were expanding a lot at that time. In my second year, I helped them launch markets. After that, I spent about a year at a company called Intellectsoft in an account management role. I wanted to get closer to product development and sales, working with remote developers and project managers, often based overseas.

After about a year there, I was approached by the founder of Lime to join them as their first launcher. Based on that first experience at Shift Technology, I got this opportunity to join Lime. I launched their first market in North Carolina and helped them pivot from a pedal bike sharing company to a scooter sharing company.

We went global at that point. We took that first playbook from their initial launch and built it into a launch process that helped us scale to over 34 countries and 100 markets worldwide. I also managed demand forecasts for supply chain, which connected closely to the launch schedule.

I had a brief stint at Debbie Homes after about three years. I was there for about four months, leading new market launches and expansion during the pandemic. Most recently, I was at Deliver, joining them as a program manager to launch their supply chain program. When I left, I was still managing the supply chain program, and they were just acquired by Shopify in July 2022.

My career has mostly been in startups, focusing on strategy and operations."
