What is your biggest challenge in your current role?
I think the biggest challenge is figuring out when we're approaching a new problem if the approach is correct. As I mentioned earlier, when getting into different kinds of roles, you start to be asked to figure big problems out.
As you move up the chain, problems become more complex, with more dependencies and different teams, and perhaps more analytical. So the challenge is figuring out that balance between requesting support from external experts and forming your own opinion.
You don't want to defer too heavily to another individual or team, but you also want to have your own opinion. I think that's probably the biggest challenge: solving really complex problems.
