What are your main responsibilities within your current role?
As an associate attorney, I deal with almost all phases of litigation. So that's client intake, drafting and revising complaints, discovery motions, and presenting oral argument in court on motions.
I also take depositions, draft subpoenas, and talk to opposing counsel. Those are, I would say, my main responsibilities.
