What is your biggest challenge in your current role?
The biggest challenge for me, and probably for most attorneys, is not knowing everything. Some people might have heard the phrase "the practice of law," and that's really what it means.
You're practicing, meaning you don't always know what you're doing. You don't know the answer, or all the laws and current rulings.
You're constantly running into situations where you feel you should know the answer, but you don't. So, you have to go through that situation and handle it as best you can.
