What are your main responsibilities as a strategy analyst?
My main responsibilities were doing research and analysis on the current market, particularly for space and launch, with a focus on satellites. I would research different technologies, different satellites, or different things that were coming out.
I would look at the market and see where Boeing should be putting its resources, where we should be trying to partner, or the direction the company should be going within that space. In addition to doing the research and analysis, I had to compile all that information and create presentations to send to leadership.
That way, they could make decisions without having to do the hours of research that I had done. I was able to present them something in five or ten minutes that explained the concept.
