That's an interesting question. I don't think it's an industry that's one size fits all. People of all different backgrounds, experiences, and thoughts can thrive in this industry.
I think that's also part of what I love about it. It can be pretty diverse in certain aspects. There isn't a single personality type that works best.
I do think you probably just need to be someone who is self-motivated and willing to learn. If you have those two things, you can thrive.
