What do you enjoy most about being in your current role?

What I enjoy most about my current role is the people I work with, both internally. I really like my team manager.

Google naturally does a pretty good job of hiring unique and interesting people. Being able to work with them day-to-day is an awesome experience.

Beyond that, I enjoy helping my partners achieve their goals. I get pride in understanding and really trying to help my partners reach the goals they've set, as far as revenue or whatever the main KPIs are.

It's about having that partnership and feeling like I'm not only an employee at Google, but almost an extension of my partners' teams. That's something I enjoy on a day-to-day basis.
