What is your biggest challenge in your current role?

My biggest challenge in my current role is probably navigating the beast that is a large company like Google. My previous experiences, as far as career goes, were at pretty small startups or mid-cap companies where it's anywhere between three employees to at most, maybe a hundred.

With those smaller companies, you have a lot of direct access to folks and you can get a lot of your questions answered pretty fast. Moving to a company like Google, you realize that while it's incredible, the amount of resources we have at our disposal can be somewhat challenging to navigate.

It's about understanding where the right places are to get answers for certain things and the right people to reach out to for problems or issues that you're hoping to solve. So, I'd say that's been the biggest challenge.

But with any challenge, I also see it as an opportunity. With all of those resources, there's so much that I can learn and so many different people I can tap into. So, it may be challenging, but it's also somewhat interesting at the same time.
