What are the biggest challenges in your role?
For me at this point, it's learning new things. When I was in the classroom and in an office, there was a lot of informal learning that happened. I would see other people do things, talk to them, and watch what they did. I picked up so much from that.
Now that I'm on my own, that doesn't happen. So I really have to make an effort to figure out how to learn things and the best way for me to learn them. I also need to be efficient and stay within my budget. That is definitely my biggest challenge.
