What have you learned about this role that you wish someone would have told you before you entered the industry?

In this role, the question is a little tricky. I was in the industry before, but not in this specific role. So, I gained all the industry knowledge before stepping into this position, which was a big plus for me.

If someone is new to the role, this organization, and this industry, I would tell them that it's a great environment for gaining the knowledge they need. Don't hesitate to ask for more resources or help, because everyone is very willing to share.
