What is one lesson that you have learned that has proven significant in your career?
Never get scared of the unknown. In most of the jobs I have worked at, there was a lot of stuff I didn't know, and I wasn't even confident that I would be proficient one day.
But as I grew in my career, I learned that in any job, there will be a lot of unknowns. I'm able to figure it out, no matter how big it is.
So, I learned how my horizon can shift even bigger than what I know. I used to underestimate myself a little bit. That is what I learned: have more confidence.
