What do you enjoy most about being in your role?

Well, having very technical conversations in a simple manner so that non-technical users understand is important. You are essentially managing problems that can be solved by technology to make people's lives easier.

These solutions might be very technical to implement. However, you need to have those conversations with people who deal with the day-to-day processes.

This means you need to ensure they understand the technical knowledge that developers have, but explained in their own words. I love being that person in the middle. My role is to make sure developers understand what they need to develop, and that stakeholders give them the right requirements.
