What is your biggest challenge in your role?
I think it's similar to the previous question because that's what I enjoy the most: the challenges in communicating with technical and non-technical users.
There are sometimes misunderstandings of the technical part of the process by the stakeholders, or sometimes developers misunderstand the actual process. Getting everybody on the same page is kind of a challenge in this role.
