What is your biggest challenge in your role?
One challenge is resolving conflict claims when one party disagrees with the other. Sometimes, these claims require involving different departments within the company, such as legal or even the police.
I feel that's where it gets a bit challenging. However, with the help of other departments, you actually get to learn many different things. So, while it's very challenging, it's also fun.
