What do you enjoy most about being in your industry?

This is a great question. I think there's so much, but I'm trying to find an answer that really describes what I enjoy most. Number one, I think that is making a difference.

And that's not for me necessarily as an individual, because I think you cannot make a huge difference by yourself. Really working as a team and working as an organization with a collective mission to achieve a common goal is really awesome.

Focusing on and understanding how your team or your organization is making a difference is phenomenal for me. It's what keeps me in this industry and is probably why I'll never leave.

But I think also, outside of that, learning and continuing to build on all of the awesome things that are going on in this world through the work that you're doing individually is something that I think is great in the nonprofit industry. There are so many partnerships and connections, and individual organizations working on something, but they're also with [unclear].
