What do you enjoy most about being in your current role?

What I enjoy most about my job right now is the people. I know that sounds cliché, but I love that I get to work with every team across our organization. Everyone I work with has a different communication style, different expectations, and different backgrounds.

Some people are really interested in knowing how the law works or are curious about how contracts work. Others do not care at all; they just want it done, and that's fine. I really enjoy that in every conversation I have or email I answer, I have to change my tone and set myself to who I'm talking to.

The people I work with are also super nice. They are all very dedicated and sharp, but also have a great sense of work-life balance. I am rarely working late into the night or on odd weekends, and people respect boundaries. If you can find a company like that, I highly recommend jumping on that. I feel very fortunate in my current role.
