What do you enjoy most about being in your current role?
I know it sounds cliche, but I really enjoy the people I work with. We have some very sharp people there, so many that you can't throw a rock without hitting a PhD. There's so much to learn.
There are also many extremely helpful and willing people within the business. I've noticed these people in this industry have been working in it for about 30-plus years.
They are very passionate about what they do. When younger folks come in, they see a little version of themselves. So people want to be mentors; they want to help you thrive.
