What skills are most important for a job like yours?

For my job, a lot of it is communication. It's about understanding how people explain their side of things and then communicating your team's priorities. I also think being able to see things from a bird's-eye view, having that oversight and an analytical mind without getting too deep into the details, has been really helpful.

So, communication, analysis, and lastly, being able to be really flexible. I'm not sure if you'd call that a skill, but I think it's a really important attribute, especially in a smaller company.
