What do you enjoy most about being in your current role?

I really enjoy being able to create my own projects. A lot of the work that I do is something that was my idea.

I said, "Let's try to fix this work with my boss a little bit," and then I'm able to kind of go off to the races with it. I think that comes from working on small projects.

It also comes from working with a very trusting team and a great manager who gives me a lot of autonomy.
