What is your biggest challenge in your current role?
I think the biggest challenge, and it's kind of the opposite side of the coin of having a lot of autonomy, is sometimes there's not a lot of definition around my role. Working at a small company, you're not really in a box as much as if you're working at a more established firm.
That can definitely be challenging because sometimes you don't know what the right thing to do is or what the best practices are. That can be difficult and sort of push the limits a little bit on your comfort zone. But it's a good thing as well, though it is a challenge.
