What is one lesson you've learned that's proven significant in your career?

The biggest lesson I learned is that it's never too late to go do what you want to do. I would definitely always think about that.

Making a switch to entertainment and trying to do strategy, after starting my career in Philadelphia doing tax, required years of transitioning. I wish I had been a little more intentional in college and had that understanding of what I wanted to do. That definitely would have saved me some effort and cost.

Being in public accounting and getting steered towards the Big Four felt like something I had to do. But, if I had more exposure in college to other careers and understood what it would take to work in the entertainment industry, I probably would have been more targeted in my approach.

So, just having that context and really considering what you think you want to do at a younger age is important.
