What do you enjoy most about being in your current role?

Being around unique client situations every day is very interesting. The crypto world is always exciting, with something new happening. Being around smart people also contributes to this.

I learn a lot day to day from my coworkers. I think that's an underrated part of deciding where you want to work. I work with really smart people who have interesting backgrounds in traditional finance.

I also work with smart people who are more crypto-native, meaning they are more fluent in that world. I feel like I'm always learning from these different kinds of people, and that's really refreshing.

In my previous role, there were a lot of good aspects, but it often felt like the same conversations or situations came up repeatedly. Here, it's always fresh.
