What do you enjoy most about being in your industry?
The tech industry is very fast-paced with complex challenges, and it's always changing. There's a speed of expectations that is very high, and for me, that is very thrilling. It's never a dull moment, and one year looks different than the next.
The industry is constantly reinventing itself, and that's something I enjoy very much. Another aspect of our function in real estate and facilities is that we get to impact every single employee at the company every day.
This includes their experience with their office, desk, cafe, laboratory, or factory. Our work touches them daily. It is motivating and inspiring that we are that important in terms of the experience of everybody who works here and the success of the company.
