Communication skills are also essential, which really aligns with working with children. You're communicating with every single demographic out there.

This involves understanding how to talk to people in general, how to talk to large groups, and also talking to people one-on-one. So, the biggest skill to have is just communicating. This includes communicating within your office, within departments, within the district, and then with the public.
