What do you enjoy most about being in your current role?
I love that every day is different. As mentioned, there's a lot of variation in what I get to do, whether it's hosting a 300-person event, drafting emails, or working with data. I do love that variation, and it keeps things exciting.
I'm always learning new things, and I also love that I get to work with so many different types of organizations and people. From giant corporations with over a hundred thousand employees to startups that might have two employees, you just get to learn a lot about what a day in the life looks like for those different folks, which is really exciting.
I also really like working at a mission-based organization. Our mission at Greentown Labs is essentially to support startups with the physical space, resources, and community they need to thrive and get their technologies out into the world.
Everyone who's a part of Greentown Labs really has that mission underscoring all of their work. I think it keeps everyone very motivated, even on hard and stressful days. Everyone is kind of turning back to that mission, which I really enjoy.
