What is your biggest challenge in your current role?

The biggest challenge is that things move really fast. Making sure you're on top of prioritizing your tasks and switching between different projects and tasks is critical.

It's something you need to be aware of at all times to ensure you're not dropping the ball on anything. That's part of what makes it exciting, though, because there are so many things going on.

You're constantly switching between different projects, so there's never a dull moment. The flip side is that you really have to stay on top of your prioritization to make sure everything is executed as needed.
