What do you enjoy most about being in your role?

I really like working with people. When you're in groups or teams, especially diverse ones, you get a wide range of ideas and perspectives that can lead to a single solution.

Granted, people don't always agree on that solution. But the most important thing is that everyone respects it and understands the reasons behind it.

So, working with people, generating a lot of ideas, and reaching a single solution to move forward on is something I truly enjoy.
