Transcript
What have you learned about this role that you wish someone had told you before you entered the industry?
I wish I'd learned more about how to be successful. I had to really carve my own path.
I didn't have a senior person showing me how to do everything. Having someone who has been there and done that before to show me the ropes and teach me how to be successful would have been helpful.
I've learned a lot of that through failure. It probably could have been easier if I had a mentor.
