What are your main responsibilities within your current role?
In my current role as a partner, I'm responsible for multiple aspects of the organization. This includes bringing in new business and working with different private equity firms.
I spend a lot of time on the road meeting with private equity investors, pitching them on our services, and building relationships. When we get searches, for example, when a business is bought out and needs a CEO, I run that search.
I act as a liaison between our internal recruiting and research teams. I analyze candidates and prepare in-depth profiles on each executive. We also provide extensive analysis and overviews that we share and discuss with the boards of these companies weekly.
On top of that, I'm part of the leadership team at our firm. I work on different initiatives each week, helping to build revenue, drive operational excellence, and shape the firm's culture.
