What do you enjoy most about being in your current role?
What I enjoy most is really the flexibility. It's nice. I think in my role things ebb and flow, and there's a lot of flexibility in my day.
If it's a Friday and I want to duck out early to play golf, I can do it. But maybe I'll have to log back in at night to get a few emails out or get some things done.
There's a lot of flexibility in the role. It's really what you make of it, and how much work you put in is what you receive out of it.
