What does a day in the life of a partner look like?
What's exciting about it is that every day is different. For example, today I'm at my office. I spent time this morning meeting with candidates we're interviewing for a potential CEO role.
The middle of the day I had a lunch meeting with a potential client. I took a private equity investor out to lunch. Now I'm working on planning my week. In a couple of weeks, I'm going to New York to meet with other investors.
So I'm scheduling meetings and prepping for them. But really, every day is different, and that's what makes the work so exciting. Some days I could spend all day really in the weeds, researching and analyzing and market mapping, trying to find the right candidates for these clients.
Other days I'm out in New York or DC or really anywhere within the US, meeting with people and trying to drive new business.
