What do you enjoy most about being in your current role?
I love the entrepreneurial aspect of it. I love the challenge of understanding how to take my business from one plateau to the next.
I'm surrounded by a lot of great people who are working in their businesses themselves, and we brainstorm and mastermind things. But having the reins in my hands and being able to decide how I'm going to get my next borrower, how I'm going to structure my next month, I love that.
It's a challenge every day when I get up, and that keeps me going.
