What are some of your main responsibilities within your current role?
There are two parts to this. The first part is developing business. A lot of my day-to-day responsibilities involve making cold calls and cold outreach to prospects.
The second part of my job is servicing those clients. High level, we represent tenants with their office lease negotiations. Whether a tenant is renewing, relocating, or subleasing their space, that's on the servicing side.
Before I get to servicing, I have to develop the business. I call on a tenant, go in for an interview, and then I get hired. Once hired, I go into servicing. These are my main day-to-day responsibilities.
