What do you enjoy most about being in the real estate industry?
I think I enjoy that at any given moment, in any given deal, you can make a lot of money. It only takes one call.
You can call one tenant who occupies 20,000 square feet. Their lease is coming up, and they say, "Hey, look, you called me at a good day and time. Let's meet." You get hired, you do that deal, you make a lot of money, and it's great.
It only takes one call, and that's what I enjoy most.
