What entry-level positions in this field might an undergraduate college student consider pursuing?
This is a search development program. It's a six to eight month program.
You can participate as an intern if you're in college or have just graduated. The goal is to learn about the market.
You can't start cold calling effectively if you don't understand the business. So, during those first six to eight months, you walk every building in Los Angeles. You write down tenant names and research them.
You learn about the business, how to make cold calls, and how to handle follow-ups. You also learn about client interface. We offer this program twice a year, in the summer and in the winter.
