What does a day in the life of a managing director look like?
Each day is different. Some days I'll be out with a client touring different properties, and I'm in the field.
When I'm in the office, I'm catching up. I read the Los Angeles Business Journal, catch up on emails, and answer emails. I also do cold calling by phone or email.
Sometimes I do cold outreach on LinkedIn. Every day is different. Sometimes I'm doing a lot of client interface, and then sometimes I'm doing a lot of outreach and prospecting.
