What do you enjoy most about being in your current role?

The thing I enjoy most is my team and the mission we're working towards as a company. I'll start with the team we've put together.

My core job is to make everyone on my team's life easier. For instance, if my email marketer is struggling with a specific piece of data, I can help increase their efficiency on that project by 50%. I can manipulate the data and do something similar to make their life easier.

Seeing them uplevel what they're doing and push their limits on campaigns and what they're creating for our customers is one of my most enjoyable things, not just in my job, but in life. I love helping other people out, so being able to do that professionally is huge for me and keeps me going.

The second part is that Smith Rx is trying to break into a broken and corrupt industry. We're the good guys and we're trying to change how pharmacy benefit managers are seen and used. If you don't know what a pharmacy benefit manager is, there's a lot of talk about it. Mark Cuban is discussing it right now, and we have a partnership with him.

It's an exciting place to be when trying to break into a broken system.
