What do you enjoy most about being in your role?
Honestly, the freedom to take risks and innovate. You pretty much lead the way on what your company wants to do, so you get to take that vision.
I believe there are two different types of perfect partnerships: one is a visionary and one is a doer. I am very much the visionary, and my partner is very much the doer.
I hate doing tasks. He loves doing tasks, so I look at it as how we can grow this company and pretty much set plans and structures to do that. Then, he helps the team implement it.
