What is your biggest challenge in your role?
Time management is a challenge because we're running multiple companies. Fleet Six is our main company, but we're also growth partners with others.
Trying to bounce between them and help grow all the companies, while also making time for people, is very tedious. I'm constantly adapting, looking at my calendar every Sunday to figure out how to fit in workouts, work, and time with family and friends.
That's probably the hardest thing and biggest challenge: time management. I'm trying to put systems and SOPs in place to take that off my plate. I use a calendar with machine learning, which takes tasks from my emails and plugs them right into my calendar. This helps me know when I have free time to start tackling tasks.
