Transcript
As someone who identifies as a follower of Christ, how has that impacted how you've navigated your career?
Well, it has made me lead with my values. Values are about service, love, kindness, inclusiveness, and equity.
That is deeply rooted in the work that I do now. It's not about self or what I want to do.
It's about how my life can impact and improve somebody else's, regardless of what they believe or how they look. It simply matters how my life can be used to uplift others. For me, that is leading by my values.
