What do you enjoy most about being in your role?

I really like to be able to see the direct impact of my work. I have a lot of ideas and I'm very creative, so I like the ability to execute them.

I like being in charge and setting the direction of the vision. It all comes down to me being responsible for the outcomes.

In my other jobs, I reported to a direct manager or supervisor. When you're the CEO, you report to your board, but the day-to-day is largely left up to you. I like the freedom and flexibility of my job.

I really love that I get to solve new problems on a regular basis. That gets me excited. What I love most is the impact that IYT is having in the community and how it's changing generations of families.
