The biggest challenge in my role is really around time. Wherever I spend my time as an executive is where the organization is going to move forward.
It's ensuring that the things I'm doing on a daily basis are spent on items that will move the mission forward. It's critical as a CEO not just to respond to whatever fire is in front of you, but to use strategic decision-making.
