As a woman, how has that impacted how you've navigated your career?
Public relations is predominantly a field with women employers. I think this has been a big plus and has made it a really comfortable environment.
Sometimes we can talk about more personal things, and it's nice because it's just a bunch of women around. I think it's fostered a really healthy and positive work environment.
I feel proud to work in this industry. I've met some of the strongest and smartest women. Working predominantly with women inspires me.
Many of them are moms, and it's inspiring to see them balance work and family life. They are honestly superheroes, and I look up to them as role models. I hope to see myself where they are in 10 or 20 years. It's been a really positive impact on my career.
