So what do you enjoy most about being in your current role?
One of the advantages of what I do is that every day, I'm a trusted advisor to my clients. This means I get to empower them to make changes in their digital landscape. I educate them on new tools and ways they can improve their business through software.
I appreciate this most because I get to educate and show them all the cool new things happening. They get excited and want to implement these for their own organizations. For me, it's about having a growth mindset and being at the forefront of innovation.
The solutions I put together are cutting-edge. I don't work backward or do things from 10 years ago; I focus on what's current. For example, manufacturing automation is a big trend right now.
Companies are looking for ways to automate factories due to population and skilled worker shortages. They want to build systems that can do the same job without needing to hire skilled workers. This is the modern way of working.
Again, this is what I enjoy most: always being at the forefront and getting to play with new "gadgets" to tell clients about.
